1972 Honda CL350 Scrambler Project Background
Each of us have a memory from our youth that given the chance, we would relive in a second. This Honda Scrambler is providing one owner with such a chance. Back in the mid-70's, one lucky 14 year old was given permission by his father to ride this particular Scrambler up and down the local streets, sans license. Pretty cool right? Eventually the bike would be sold to a neighbor down the street where it would sit basically unused for years.
Fast forward 40 years with the teenager now in his 50's. As luck would have it, the bike his dad once owned became available by the same neighbor who bought it all those years ago. Now residing in North Carolina, making the trek back to Cleveland to reclaim the bike was the first step. Dropping it off with me was the second step and third was the actual restoration.
